Protein-Packed Black Cocoa Baked Oreo Cake
Ingredients
- 90 grams pumpkin puree (or sweet potato puree or apple sauce)
- 50 grams liquid egg whites
- 2-3 grams sugar-free pudding mix
- 26 grams protein powder
- 5 grams black cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A couple drops of liquid stevia
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls then combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken while oven preheats to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour into a coconut oil sprayed mini ramekin or bowl.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
