Protein-Packed Black Cocoa Baked Oreo Cake

Ingredients

  • 90 grams pumpkin puree (or sweet potato puree or apple sauce)
  • 50 grams liquid egg whites
  • 2-3 grams sugar-free pudding mix
  • 26 grams protein powder
  • 5 grams black cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A couple drops of liquid stevia

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls then combine.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken while oven preheats to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Pour into a coconut oil sprayed mini ramekin or bowl.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
