Protein Packed, Black Cocoa, Baked Oreo Cake

Ingredients

  • 50 grams liquid egg whites⁣
  • 2-3 grams sf pudding mix (i love the chocolate for this recipe)⁣
  • 5 grams @hiitnutrition black cocoa⁣
  • a must for a “brownie like / oreo tasting cake”)⁣
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder⁣
  • A couple drops of liquid stevia (I use chocolate stevia drops)⁣
  • 90 grams pumpkin pure (or can use sweet potato pure or apple sauce)⁣
  • 26 grams protein powder (my fav is @1stphorm Vanilla Milkshake for baking)⁣

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients & wet in separate bowls then combine ~⁣

  2. Let sit for 5 min (to thicken) while oven preheats to 350 ~⁣

  3. Pour into a coconut oil sprayed mini ramekin or bowl ~⁣

  4. Bake for 15-20 min or until tooth pick comes out clean ~⁣

  5. This is the exact recipe as the protein cookies i am obsessed with! the only difference is that i would use a watermelon scooper to make 6 perfectly sized cookies onto parchment paper & bake them for 12 minutes instead of in a small dish! both are great but this cake is so cute & perf !!!⁣
