Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Mugcake

Ingredients

  • Scoop of Chocolate protein (e.g., @myproteinuk chocolate caramel)
  • 1 Tbsp ground Almonds
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 chunk of chocolate (e.g., @myproteinuk protein chocolate)
  • Optional toppings: yoghurt, berries, @sweetfreedomuk choc shot

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chunk.

  2. Place in a greased ramekin and half fill.

  3. Add the chocolate chunk.

  4. Add the remaining mixture on top.

  5. Microwave for 1 to 1 minute 20 seconds, depending on your microwave, but be careful not to overcook as it may become too dry.

  6. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
