Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Mugcake

Ingredients

  • Scoop of Chocolate protein - I used @myproteinukchocolate caramel
  • ?1 Tbsp ground Almonds
  • ? 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • ? 1 Tsp baking powder
  • ? 1 chunk of chocolate @myproteinuk protein chocolate
  • ? Optional toppings: yoghurt, berries and @sweetfreedomuk choc shot

Preparation

  1. Simply combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chunk... place in a greased ramekin half fill then add the choc then add the remaining mixture on top, microwave for 1 min - 1 min 20 secs depending on your microwave but be careful not to over cook as it’ll end up too dry

  2. Serve with all your fav toppings
