Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Mugcake
Ingredients
- Scoop of Chocolate protein (e.g., @myproteinuk chocolate caramel)
- 1 Tbsp ground Almonds
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1 chunk of chocolate (e.g., @myproteinuk protein chocolate)
- Optional toppings: yoghurt, berries, @sweetfreedomuk choc shot
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chunk.
Place in a greased ramekin and half fill.
Add the chocolate chunk.
Add the remaining mixture on top.
Microwave for 1 to 1 minute 20 seconds, depending on your microwave, but be careful not to overcook as it may become too dry.
Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
