Vegan Chocolate Tofu Donuts
Ingredients
- 250 grams silken tofu
- 20 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Toppings
- Chocolate, meises, or oreo crumbs for topping (optional)
Preparation
Crush the tofu.
Add the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Mix all ingredients together.
Shape the dough into donut forms.
Bake in a stove oven for about 20 minutes on a greased baking sheet.
Perform a toothpick test; if it comes out clean, remove from oven.
Add desired toppings.
Tips
For a sweeter version, add sugar or sweetened condensed milk to the dough before baking.
