Chocolate Filled Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 2 tbsp ground almonds
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp maple
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 heaped tsp chocolate spread
Preparation
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, then add the melted coconut oil, milk and maple syrup.
Mix to combine, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Transfer 3/4 of the mixture into a lightly oiled ramekin or mug, then add a dollop of chocolate hazelnut spread in the middle and top with the remaining batter.
Microwave on high for 1-1.5 minutes.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
