Chocolate Filled Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 heaped tsp chocolate spread

Preparation

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, then add the melted coconut oil, milk and maple syrup.

  2. Mix to combine, then fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Transfer 3/4 of the mixture into a lightly oiled ramekin or mug, then add a dollop of chocolate hazelnut spread in the middle and top with the remaining batter.

  4. Microwave on high for 1-1.5 minutes.

  5. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
