Beef Steak in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • As much beef steak as desired
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 4-5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and olive oil in the pressure cooker.

  2. Add the meat and cook until the color changes.

  3. Add the bay leaves, garlic, onion, tomato paste, and tomato sauce, then mix.

  4. Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes on low heat in the pressure cooker.

  5. After the pressure cooker has cooled, open the lid.

  6. Add salt and black pepper, then mix.

  7. Remove the bay leaves, onion, and garlic.

  8. Serve hot.

Tips

  1. It is important to use low heat to prevent the meat from burning.
