Pressure-Cooked Beef with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces beef chop
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in the pressure cooker.

  2. Add the beef chops and sear both sides until browned.

  3. Add roughly chopped potatoes, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Close the lid and cook on high heat until the pressure cooker whistles.

  5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 40 minutes or until the beef is tender.

  6. Remove the potatoes from the cooker.

  7. Simmer the sauce to reduce and thicken.

  8. Check the seasoning and add more salt or black pepper if needed.

  9. Serve the beef and potatoes with the sauce drizzled over.
