Air Fryer Peach Crumble
Ingredients
Peach
- 2 ripe peaches
- coconut oil
- maple syrup
Crumble
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- dash of vanilla
- dash of salt
Toppings
- dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- cinnamon
- pistachios
Preparation
Wash the peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits.
Spray coconut oil on top of the peaches and drizzle maple syrup.
Air fry the peaches for 10 minutes at 350°F or 175°C.
While the peaches are cooking, prepare the crumble.
Add all of the crumble ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.
Once the peaches are done cooking, divide up the crumble topping and place it on top of each peach slice.
Air fry the peaches again with the crumble on top for 2-3 minutes at the same temperature.
Transfer the peaches to a plate and top them with vanilla ice cream, cinnamon, and pistachios.
Slice and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe makes 4 peach slices and serves about 2 people.
