Banana Cacao Porridge with Peanut Protein Powder
Ingredients
- Jumbo oats
- Coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons peanut protein powder
- Cashew butter
- Pecans
- Blueberry compote
Preparation
Soak jumbo oats in coconut milk with half a sliced banana.
Add a tablespoon of cacao powder and cook slowly, adding more liquid as needed to reach desired texture.
Stir in two tablespoons of peanut protein powder.
Top with cashew butter, pecans, blueberry compote, and the remaining half of the banana.
