Chickpea Almond Dessert Rounds

Ingredients

  • 1 (400g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (salted caramel flavor)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until really smooth

  2. Press into greased silicon muffin cases

  3. Pop them in the freezer for at least 4 hours but best overnight, then store in an airtight container back in the freezer

  4. Optional - drizzle with melted chocolate to make them extra yummy
