Chickpea Almond Dessert Rounds
Ingredients
- 1 (400g) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup protein powder (salted caramel flavor)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until really smooth
Press into greased silicon muffin cases
Pop them in the freezer for at least 4 hours but best overnight, then store in an airtight container back in the freezer
Optional - drizzle with melted chocolate to make them extra yummy
