  • 150 grams homemade paneer
  • A few drops of milk
  • Sugar powder
  • Dry fruits
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Saffron
  • Bread slices

Preparation

  1. Take 1/2 liter milk and place it to boil

  2. Mash 150 grams homemade paneer after adding a few drops of milk

  3. Add some sugar powder and dry fruits, then mix nicely

  4. Meanwhile, as milk gets thick, add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron soaked in milk

  5. Once milk gets a little thick, take it out and let it cool down

  8. Take a few slices of bread, remove sides, and brush with milk drops

  9. Stuff with paneer and dry fruit filling and make bread rolls

  10. Serve on a plate and drizzle with the chilled malai milk that was just made

  11. Garnish with some more dry fruits and saffron threads
