Crab in Padang Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 crabs, cleaned and cracked
- 2 ears of corn, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 7 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 5 tablespoons chili sauce
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 500 ml water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
Sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- Salt
- Sugar
- Black pepper
- 250 ml water
Preparation
Sauté the onion until fragrant.
Add all the sauces.
Add the crabs and cook until they start to change color.
Add water, then add the corn.
Add the beaten egg and stir until not clumpy.
Cook until almost dry, add the green onion and kaffir lime leaves, then pour the prepared sauce and serve.
Sauce
Combine all sauce ingredients and cook until boiling.
Tips
Adjust the spiciness to taste.
