Crispy Zucchini Salt and Vinegar Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with two-sided heat.

  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin pieces.

  3. In a bowl, mix the zucchini slices with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  4. Lay the coated zucchini slices on a lined baking tray, ensuring no overlapping.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the slices are brown and crispy, flipping them once in between. This will take about twenty to thirty minutes.

  6. Remove the golden-brown chips from the oven and continue baking the remaining slices.
