Easy Vegan Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 125g whole grain flour (used buckwheat)
- 250ml plant milk (used soy)
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 scoop Vivo Life perform protein powder (banana and cinnamon flavor)
- cacao powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a batter
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
Pour the batter into the pan to form pancakes.
Flip the pancakes when they are ready, such as when bubbles form on the surface
Stack the pancakes and enjoy.
