Ginger Oatmeal with Spices and Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer.

  2. Cook for about 2-3 minutes then pull off the stove to serve.

  3. Top with all the fruit.
