Ginger Peanut Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp corn starch

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Microwave for 1.5 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, or heat in a small sauce pot until hot and thick.

  3. Let cool in the refrigerator or freeze for about 10 minutes.

  4. Stir before serving and enjoy.
