Grilled Paneer with Creamy Spice Sauce

Ingredients

  • Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • Cream mixture
  • Pickled spices
  • Garam masala
  • Garlic
  • Cardamom
  • Butter
  • Chilli padi
  • Turmeric powder
  • Capsicum
  • Onion masala
  • Coriander
  • Amaranth microgreens

Preparation

  1. Marinate chunks of fresh paneer in a cream mixture infused with pickled spices and garam masala

  2. Grill each cube of marinated paneer until succulent

  3. Prepare a sauce using crushed garlic, sweet cardamom, smooth butter, fiery chilli padi, and turmeric powder for warmth

  4. Assemble the dish on a bed of crisp capsicum and onion masala

  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and amaranth microgreens

  1. Serve as a starter or with small pieces of paratha as a main dish
