Healthy Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • ✨ 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • ✨ 1/2 head cauliflower
  • ✨ 40g buckwheat flour
  • ✨ 30g almond flour
  • ✨ 1 tbsp brown rice flour
  • ✨ pinch of sea salt
  • ✨ pinch of black pepper
  • ✨ 1 tsp dried oregano

Preparation

  1. Mix the flax seed and water together, leave to sit in the fridge for 30 mins

  2. Chop and steam the cauliflower until soft

  3. Stir together the remaining ingredients

  4. Preheat oven 220 C

  5. Squeeze the moisture out of the cauliflower using a tea towel

  6. Mash the cauliflower with the flax mixture

  7. Stir in the remaining ingredients and form a ball

  8. Roll the dough into a circle using a rolling pin in between two sheets of baking paper to 1/4 inch thick

  9. Remove the top sheet of baking paper and bake 25 mins until lightly browned and crispy

  10. Spread on toppings and bake for 8 more mins

  11. Serve hot and enjoy
