Healthy Savory Moong Sprouts Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong sprouts mixed with some crushed garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • Some onion greens
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil

Garnishes

  • Honey
  • Some salad

Preparation

  1. Take moong sprouts and garlic crushed in a mixie

  2. Add salt to taste

  3. Add chopped green chilies

  4. Add onion greens

  5. Add coriander leaves

  6. Mix all ingredients well

  7. Grease waffle maker with oil

  8. Fill the moong sprout batter into the waffle maker

  9. Close the waffle maker and let it cook

  10. Plate the waffles

  11. Drizzle honey over the waffles

  12. Garnish with salad

  13. Serve the savory waffles

Tips

  1. Garlic is optional

  2. If no waffle maker is available, make as moong dal chilla or pancakes on a tawa
