Healthy Savory Moong Sprouts Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup moong sprouts mixed with some crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- Some onion greens
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
Garnishes
- Honey
- Some salad
Preparation
Take moong sprouts and garlic crushed in a mixie
Add salt to taste
Add chopped green chilies
Add onion greens
Add coriander leaves
Mix all ingredients well
Grease waffle maker with oil
Fill the moong sprout batter into the waffle maker
Close the waffle maker and let it cook
Plate the waffles
Drizzle honey over the waffles
Garnish with salad
Serve the savory waffles
Tips
Garlic is optional
If no waffle maker is available, make as moong dal chilla or pancakes on a tawa
