Healthy Zucchini and Carrot Noodles

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti-shaped carrots and zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Take a pan and add some olive oil

  2. Add garlic to release a lovely aroma

  3. Add a small amount of salt and mix well, keeping it minimal

  4. Do not let the garlic turn brown

  5. Add chili flakes

  6. Add the carrot noodles and mix well

  7. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes

  8. Gently mix to avoid breaking the vegetables

  9. Add the zucchini noodles and gently mix

  10. Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute

  11. Add parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly

  12. The zoodles are ready to be served

Serving suggestions

  1. Sprinkle chili flakes, parmesan cheese, and micro herbs on top when serving on a plate

  2. Enjoy the super healthy zoodles without worrying about carbs
