Healthy Zucchini and Carrot Noodles
Ingredients
- Spaghetti-shaped carrots and zucchini
- Olive oil
- Finely chopped garlic
- Salt
- Parmesan cheese
- Chili flakes
Preparation
Take a pan and add some olive oil
Add garlic to release a lovely aroma
Add a small amount of salt and mix well, keeping it minimal
Do not let the garlic turn brown
Add chili flakes
Add the carrot noodles and mix well
Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes
Gently mix to avoid breaking the vegetables
Add the zucchini noodles and gently mix
Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute
Add parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly
The zoodles are ready to be served
Serving suggestions
Sprinkle chili flakes, parmesan cheese, and micro herbs on top when serving on a plate
