Homemade Blueberry Coconut Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 cups lightly stewed wild blueberries
- Purple and blue spirulina powder (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Preparation
Lightly stew the wild blueberries and sieve the liquid, setting it aside for jam.
Combine all ingredients together, except the sieved blueberries, and place the mixture into a popsicle mould.
Place the mould in the freezer for one hour.
Insert wooden sticks into the popsicles.
Freeze overnight before serving.
