Kung Pao Cauliflower with Tofu and Rice

Ingredients

  • Tempura Cauliflower from Trader Joe's frozen section
  • 1/2 block extra firm tofu
  • Frozen fried rice from Trader Joe's
  • Broccoli, cut into pieces
  • Kung Pao sauce from cauliflower package
  • Green onion, optional for garnish
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Turmeric

Preparation

  1. Heat up your pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Crumble up your tofu into the pan to make a scramble with garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, and turmeric.

  3. Once the scramble is cooked, add in the fried rice and cook for about 10 minutes.

  4. While that’s cooking, place the tempura cauliflower in an air fryer and cook at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Top the cauliflower with Kung Pao sauce and serve.
