Post Workout Oats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 scoop cacao protein (I used @vivolife)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • splash of water to mix
  • 1 cup thawed frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp @kitehillfoods unsweetened yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats and flax in a bowl, and set out frozen berries to thaw

  2. Heat up the water for 2 minutes, carefully pour over the oats, cover the bowl with a plate and let the oats sit for at least 30 minutes

  3. Add the protein, maca, cacao, and water and stir until thick

  4. Top with thawed berries and yogurt

  5. Devour
