Post Workout Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 scoop cacao protein (I used @vivolife)
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- splash of water to mix
- 1 cup thawed frozen berries
- 2 tbsp @kitehillfoods unsweetened yogurt
Preparation
Mix the oats and flax in a bowl, and set out frozen berries to thaw
Heat up the water for 2 minutes, carefully pour over the oats, cover the bowl with a plate and let the oats sit for at least 30 minutes
Add the protein, maca, cacao, and water and stir until thick
Top with thawed berries and yogurt
