Potatoes with Yogurt and Curry
Ingredients
- Potato cubes
- Vegetable oil
- Crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Curry powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Chicken seasoning sauce
- 1 container yogurt
- Fresh parsley
Preparation
Fry the potato cubes in oil or use an air fryer.
In a pan, add oil and crushed garlic.
Add tomato paste, curry, paprika, salt, and chicken seasoning sauce.
Add yogurt after shaking it, then stir all the ingredients.
Add the fried potatoes and parsley, and serve.
