Protein Chocolate Wafer Bars
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1.5 cups milk
- 0.5 cup erythritol
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 40g double chocolate protein powder
- 450g milk powder
- 1 package wafers
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt together the butter, erythritol, milk, cocoa, and protein powder.
Let the mixture cool.
Using a mixer, combine the cooled mixture with the milk powder.
Use the resulting mixture to fill between the wafers.
Press the wafers with a heavy object and leave overnight.
