Protein Chocolate Wafer Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup erythritol
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 40g double chocolate protein powder
  • 450g milk powder
  • 1 package wafers

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, melt together the butter, erythritol, milk, cocoa, and protein powder.

  2. Let the mixture cool.

  3. Using a mixer, combine the cooled mixture with the milk powder.

  4. Use the resulting mixture to fill between the wafers.

  5. Press the wafers with a heavy object and leave overnight.
