Quick and Easy Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
- shrimp
- 2 tbsp oil
- cumin
- chili powder
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- cayenne
- olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime
- tortillas or lettuce wraps
- spicy mayo
Preparation
Toss shrimp with 2 tbsp oil, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne.
Cook on high in a splash of olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Finely chop 1 tomato, 1 jalapeño, 1/4 red onion, and 1 avocado; mix with squeezed lime juice.
Serve over tortillas or lettuce wraps with spicy mayo.
