Quick and Easy Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • shrimp
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • cumin
  • chili powder
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • cayenne
  • olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • tortillas or lettuce wraps
  • spicy mayo

Preparation

  1. Toss shrimp with 2 tbsp oil, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne.

  2. Cook on high in a splash of olive oil for about 5 minutes.

  3. Finely chop 1 tomato, 1 jalapeño, 1/4 red onion, and 1 avocado; mix with squeezed lime juice.

  4. Serve over tortillas or lettuce wraps with spicy mayo.
