Rice Pancakes with Ham and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 180g 2% cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 270ml 1.5% milk
  • 80-90g rice flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • 10g ghee for frying

Filling

  • 20g turkey ham
  • 20g 30% cheese

Preparation

  1. Blend the cottage cheese, 2 eggs, and half a glass of milk with a blender.

  2. Add the remaining milk, salt, sugar substitute, and flour to the mixture.

  3. Ensure the batter is not too liquid.

  4. Stir the batter during the cooking process.

  5. When one side of the pancake is cooked, add the filling and fry on both sides.
