Self-Saucing Mug Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 2 heaped tablespoons SR Flour
- 1 heaped tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoons oil
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons boiled water
Preparation
Mix the cake ingredients together to make a paste
Sprinkle in the sauce brown sugar & cacao powder
Add 2 tablespoons of just boiled water & pop into the microwave for 1 min 10 secs (800W microwave - adjust the time slightly if yours is different)
Serve right away as it is in its own delicious choc sauce or with a little cream.
