Self-Saucing Mug Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 2 heaped tablespoons SR Flour
  • 1 heaped tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoons oil

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons boiled water

Preparation

  1. Mix the cake ingredients together to make a paste

  2. Sprinkle in the sauce brown sugar & cacao powder

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of just boiled water & pop into the microwave for 1 min 10 secs (800W microwave - adjust the time slightly if yours is different)

  4. Serve right away as it is in its own delicious choc sauce or with a little cream.
