Spicy Pickled Grapes with Shrimp Paste
Ingredients
- 250 grams grapes
- 200 ml water
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Key limes
Coarsely ground spices
- 6 red chilies
- Bird's eye chilies
- Baked shrimp paste to taste
Preparation
Wash the grapes thoroughly, drain them, and cut them in half.
Boil the coarsely ground spices until boiling and cooked, add salt and sugar, turn off the heat, and allow to cool.
After cooling, add the grapes, squeeze in the juice from the key limes, stir well, store in the refrigerator, and serve cold for better taste.
