Spicy Mango Sambal Condiment

Ingredients

  • 10 red chilies
  • 10 bird's eye chilies
  • 3 rampai
  • Shrimp paste, to taste
  • Mango (kweni variety)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste

Preparation

  1. Grind the chilies and roasted shrimp paste, add rampai, salt, and sugar to taste.

  2. Peel and chop the mango.

  3. Mix the chopped mango with the ground sambal mixture and stir well.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
