Spicy Vegetable and Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • Cracked egg replacement
  • a little cream
  • Himalayan salt
  • grated Mexicana cheese
  • lots of black pepper

Filling

  • red onion
  • garlic
  • peas
  • red pepper

Preparation

  1. Fry the red onion, garlic, peas, and red pepper

  2. Mix the cracked egg replacement with a little cream, Himalayan salt, grated Mexicana cheese, and lots of black pepper

  3. Pour the mixture over the fried vegetables and cook until set
