Tahini Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 flax eggs
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
Optional add-ons
- Maca
- Reishi
- Pumpkin seed powder
- Collagen
- Midnight coconut chocolate chunks
Preparation
Mix the flax egg, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, tahini, and oils in a large bowl.
Stir in the chia seeds, almond flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, and any add-ons.
Drop the batter onto a lightly oiled parchment paper-lined baking sheet using a spoon.
Sprinkle with pink sea salt and add small chunks of chocolate on top if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
