Tahini Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 flax eggs
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Optional add-ons

  • Maca
  • Reishi
  • Pumpkin seed powder
  • Collagen
  • Midnight coconut chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Mix the flax egg, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, tahini, and oils in a large bowl.

  2. Stir in the chia seeds, almond flour, baking powder, chocolate chips, and any add-ons.

  3. Drop the batter onto a lightly oiled parchment paper-lined baking sheet using a spoon.

  4. Sprinkle with pink sea salt and add small chunks of chocolate on top if desired.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool and enjoy.
