Sweet and Salty Tahini Vegan Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsp water)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 cup pure dark maple syrup (or keto swap)
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp @yoursuperfoods muscle protein
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Topping
- 1/3 @honeymamas chopped
- sprinkle of pink sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large glass bowl, mix flax egg, apple sauce, banana, maple, tahini, almond butter, vanilla until creamy.
Stir in almond flour, protein, baking soda and powder.
Pour into a lined or lightly oiled glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with chocolate and sea salt and bake for 20 minutes until edges brown and center is cooked through.
