Sweet and Salty Tahini Vegan Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (or coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cup pure dark maple syrup (or keto swap)
  • 1 mashed ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp @yoursuperfoods muscle protein
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Topping

  • 1/3 @honeymamas chopped
  • sprinkle of pink sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. In a large glass bowl, mix flax egg, apple sauce, banana, maple, tahini, almond butter, vanilla until creamy.

  3. Stir in almond flour, protein, baking soda and powder.

  4. Pour into a lined or lightly oiled glass baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle with chocolate and sea salt and bake for 20 minutes until edges brown and center is cooked through.
