Vegan Pancake Cereal Breakfast
Ingredients
- 60g oat flour
- half a mashed banana
- scoop of vivolife salted caramel maca protein
- some almond milk
Toppings
- maple syrup
- spoonful of vegan chocolate spread
- some cashew milk
Preparation
Mix the oat flour, mashed banana, protein powder, and almond milk to form a batter.
Cook the batter on a griddle or pan to create small pancake pieces.
Drizzle the cooked pancake cereal with maple syrup.
Add a spoonful of vegan chocolate spread.
Pour cashew milk over the pancake cereal.
