Vegan Pink Cherry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 50g tapioca starch
- 10g vegan fruit powder
- 130g apple sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- optional sweetener
- 250 plant milk
- optional soda water
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and combine with the plant milk and apple sauce.
Let the mixture sit aside for 10 minutes.
Optionally add soda water.
Bake the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
