Vegan Pink Cherry Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 50g tapioca starch
  • 10g vegan fruit powder
  • 130g apple sauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • optional sweetener
  • 250 plant milk
  • optional soda water

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and combine with the plant milk and apple sauce.

  2. Let the mixture sit aside for 10 minutes.

  3. Optionally add soda water.

  4. Bake the pancakes in a non-stick pan.
