Vegetarian Sausage and Egg Butty
Ingredients
- Oat topped wholemeal bun
- Butter
- Lambs lettuce
- 2 plant-based sausages
- Egg
- Sea salt
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Split the sausages and fry them until browned.
Fry the egg to your desired doneness.
Butter the oat topped wholemeal bun.
Add lambs lettuce to the bun.
Assemble the sausages and egg in the bun.
Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes to taste.
