Fluffy Vegan Pancakes for Two
Ingredients
- 1 banana, mashed
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
- 3/4 cup organic buckwheat flour
- 2 scoops of vegan Planta strawberry jam protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/3 cups almond milk
Toppings
- strawberries
- raspberries
- raw creamy almond butter
- vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Mash the banana.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl to form a batter.
Heat a skillet over low heat.
Pour the batter onto the skillet in slightly larger blobs.
Cook on low temperature for a longer time until golden and fluffy.
Serve the pancakes with the toppings.
