Lemon Vanilla Chia Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax mea + 2.5 tbsp water)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 cup @simplemills mix
  • 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla bean or extract

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well to form batter.

  2. Lightly oil a skillet and pour batter, flipping once through.

  3. Top with maple, walnut, raspberries, sunbutter, and coconut.
