Lemon Vanilla Chia Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax mea + 2.5 tbsp water)
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/2 cup @simplemills mix
- 1 tbsp protein powder of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
- 1 tsp pure vanilla bean or extract
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well to form batter.
Lightly oil a skillet and pour batter, flipping once through.
Top with maple, walnut, raspberries, sunbutter, and coconut.
