Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Stir-Fry with Rice
Ingredients
- 4 large pieces chicken fillet
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons corn oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup liquid cream
- Rice with vermicelli, for serving
Preparation
Cut the chicken into thin sticks.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
In a bowl, combine the chicken with oregano, basil, black pepper, crushed chili, and salt.
In a wide pan, heat the corn oil and butter, add the chicken, and stir for several minutes. Then add the garlic and ginger, and stir for a few minutes.
Add the mushrooms and onion, and stir to mix.
Add the soy sauce.
Add the cream.
For serving, place the rice in a dish and put the chicken in the center of the rice.
