Malaysian Soy Sauce Fish Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- Shallots
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Lemongrass
- Dried chili
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons blended dried chili
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons thick soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Add-ins
- Fried fish (prepared)
- Bird's eye chili or green onions (for garnish)
Preparation
Sauté the shallots, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and dried chili until crispy.
Add 2 tablespoons of blended dried chili, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste.
Stir in the fried fish and garnish with bird's eye chili or green onions.
