Spicy Shrimp in Balado Sauce
Ingredients
- Large shrimp
- Sliced tomato
- Sliced red chili
- Sweet soy sauce
- Sugar
- Salt
Spice paste
- Large red chili
- Shallots
- Garlic
Preparation
Clean the shrimp with tamarind and salt, then set aside and fry until cooked.
Grind the large red chili, shallots, and garlic into a paste.
Sauté the spice paste until slightly wilted.
Add the sliced tomato and sliced red chili, and cook continuously.
Add sugar, salt, and sweet soy sauce, and cook until the spices are well incorporated.
Add the fried shrimp and stir until everything is well mixed.
