Fried Fish with Green Chili Sambal

Ingredients

  • Any fish
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • 100 grams green curly chili
  • 10 green bird's eye chilies, optional
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 green tomatoes
  • 3 lime leaves
  • Lime juice, a small amount
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Seasoning, to taste

Preparation

  1. Marinate the fish with lime and salt, then fry until cooked

  2. Slice all sambal ingredients except lime leaves

  3. Boil the sliced ingredients until wilted

  4. Coarsely grind the boiled mixture and add a little lime juice

  5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the ground mixture

  6. Add lime leaves, sugar, salt, and seasoning, then stir briefly and taste test
