Spicy Shredded Pindang Fish
Ingredients
- 3 large pindang salim fish
Spices
- 15 bird's eye chilies
- 7 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Granulated sugar to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- Oil for sautéing
- A little water
Preparation
Shred the pindang fish and fry until golden.
Grind the spices into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the ground spices until fragrant.
Add the shredded and fried fish to the pan.
Pour in the sweet soy sauce and a little water.
Cook until the spices are fully absorbed into the fish.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Serve immediately.
