Broccoli and Cauliflower Patties
Ingredients
- 1 cup of broccoli cooked
- 1 can of chick peas drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of cauliflower cooked
- 1 cup of boiled brown rice
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of almond meal
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
Preparation
In a bowl add the rice, almond meal, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper combine and set aside.
In a blender add the chickpeas, cooked cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper then blend mixture.
Combine the blended mixture with the rice and almond meal mixture
Form the mixture into patties
Fry the patties in sunflower oil
