Broccoli and Cauliflower Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of broccoli cooked
  • 1 can of chick peas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup of cauliflower cooked
  • 1 cup of boiled brown rice
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups of almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add the rice, almond meal, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper combine and set aside.

  2. In a blender add the chickpeas, cooked cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, parsley and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper then blend mixture.

  3. Combine the blended mixture with the rice and almond meal mixture

  4. Form the mixture into patties

  5. Fry the patties in sunflower oil
