Cheesy Chicken Mushroom Puff
Ingredients
- 1 packet Kawan brand puff pastry
- 1/2 packet chicken filling
- 3 sausages
- 1 shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- a little green bell pepper
- a little red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1 small tin Campbell's soup
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- a little salt
- a little butter
- a little mozzarella cheese or cheese slice
- egg wash (egg yolk with a little water or milk)
Preparation
Heat butter and sauté the onions until wilted, then add chicken filling and sausages.
Once cooked, add Campbell's soup, fresh milk, and a little salt.
Add black pepper, capsicum, and season to taste.
Cook until the mixture thickens, then turn off heat.
Prepare puff pastry, place the filling on it and add a little cheese.
Score the top with a knife.
Close the puff and use a fork to press the edges until sealed.
Place on a baking tray and brush with egg wash.
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 25-30 minutes.
