Coconut Cashew and Macadamia Butter
Ingredients
- 2 cups lightly roasted raw cashews
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 2 Tbsp maple butter or maple syrup
- 2-3 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup raw macadamias
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the blender or food processor in the order listed.
Blend until very smooth and creamy.
Enjoy your perfect nut butter!
Do not store in the refrigerator to keep it creamy; leave it out and it stays fresh for more than a week.
