Curried Cream Cheese Beef Consomme Starter

Ingredients

  • 2 tubs of Philly cream cheese
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 1 tin of jellied beef stock

Preparation

  1. Soften the cream cheese to room temperature

  2. Mix in the curry powder until well combined

  3. Incorporate the jellied beef stock, melting it if necessary

  4. Chill in the refrigerator before serving
