Easy 20-Minute Steak Fajitas in One Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 steak (sirloin from Butcher Box)
- 1 pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp Chipotle spice (optional)
- Lime
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Slice steak into strips and sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning.
Once the pan is hot, add oil and steak.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cut up the veggies, add them, sprinkle 1 tbsp taco seasoning and 1 tsp Chipotle powder, and mix them in.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until veggies are soft, then squeeze lime for taste.
Enjoy served with chips, mashed avocado, and salsa.
