Easy 20-Minute Steak Fajitas in One Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 steak (sirloin from Butcher Box)
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chipotle spice (optional)
  • Lime

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Slice steak into strips and sprinkle with 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning.

  3. Once the pan is hot, add oil and steak.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Cut up the veggies, add them, sprinkle 1 tbsp taco seasoning and 1 tsp Chipotle powder, and mix them in.

  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until veggies are soft, then squeeze lime for taste.

  7. Enjoy served with chips, mashed avocado, and salsa.
