Easy Steak Fajita Bowls with Plantain Chips
Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili lime seasoning
- 1 steak
- cauliflower rice
- 1 avocado
Plantain chips
- 1 plantain
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- chili lime seasoning
Preparation
Cut up 3 peppers and 1 onion and coat with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon chili lime seasoning.
Cut steak into strips and sprinkle with chili lime seasoning.
Add everything to a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.
Serve with cauliflower rice and mashed avocado.
Plantain chips
Cut up 1 plantain and add 1 teaspoon olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
Air fry at 325°F for 8 minutes, then flip and fry for another 8 minutes.
