Juicy and Spicy Crockpot Pulled Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken (half breast, half thighs)
  • 2 lb Primal Palate taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup bone broth

Toppings

  • tortillas
  • mango
  • cilantro
  • tomato
  • spicy cashew queso
  • avocado

Preparation

  1. Cook on low for 5 hours in a crockpot.

  2. Pull the chicken apart to shred it.

Serving

  1. Assemble tacos using tortillas, mango, cilantro, tomato, spicy cashew queso, and avocado.
