Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (i used almond milk)
  • 2.5 cups porridge oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180degreesC ?

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, add them in in the order listed above ⬆️ and gently stir in the chocolate chips at the end ?

  3. The mixture should be a thick, sticky consistency
