Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Oat Bars
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (i used almond milk)
- 2.5 cups porridge oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180degreesC ?
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, add them in in the order listed above ⬆️ and gently stir in the chocolate chips at the end ?
The mixture should be a thick, sticky consistency
